- All purchases must be guaranteed by prepayment; that is, making an advanced payment to Santino Flowers before the shipment day. In case the money has not been credited to our account, Santino Flowers has the right to cancel the shipment.
- All sales are F.O.B. Quito, which means that Santino Flowers’ responsibility ends at delivering the flowers at the cargo agency specified by the customer.
- Santino Flowers is not liable for delayed or cancelled flights, losses during the chain, or other inconveniences presented after our product is received at the cargo agency. Thus, Santino Flowers only receives quality credit notes for flowers and not for freight, handling, or other charges. Therefore, in case a customer claims a flower credit to the cargo agency or Airline Company for the mentioned situations, the customer must pay Santino Flowers the invoice(s) in question regardless of the refund or reimbursement status.
- All quality credit claims for flowers will be accepted by Santino Flowers within eight (8) days of the invoice date: NO LATER than that. Pictures must be sent in order to support the claim.
